CUSTOM KINKS & CHARACTERWood and natural materials are unpredictable—grain, color, and engraving depth vary by piece. We call it character; lawyers call it natural variance. You are responsible for double-checking all spelling and dates. If you vibe with a typo, that’s on you.3. PAYMENTS & ORDERS Payment confirms your order in USD. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or general sketchiness.4. SHIPPING NITSWe currently ship within the US only. Alaska and Hawaii might cost more and take longer—island life has its price. Once we hand your package to the carrier, their speed is out of our hands, but we’ll help you track it down if it goes rogue.5. RETURNS & THE "OCHO"Since most items are custom-made, we don't do returns for "change of heart" or your own typos. DAMAGED GOODS: If your item arrives broken, email snsstudio68@hotmail.com within 5 days. Send your order number and a clear photo of the disaster. If it’s truly messed up, we’ll replace it or refund you.6. CANCELLATIONSYou can cancel only before we fire up the laser. Once production starts, the deal is sealed.7.
